If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return your item(s) by one of the 3 options down below.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unused and complete.
• Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for return/exchange

EXCHANGES
If you wish to change your order
You must return your original order
before we send you the new one.
REFUND
If you don’t want to receive a gift card to
redeem in our website.
We can refund your order on the
original payment method.
Please allow a couple days to see the
amount back in your account.
GIFT CARD
We will send you a gift card via email
for the value of your return.
Keep in mind that it does not expire and
that you can use it to buy any product on our
website for the same value.
