What do I do if my pieces darkens?

Every product you purchase from Cidrera will come with a complimentary polishing cloth, made of soft cotton and impregnated with polishing elements to restore the shine to your pieces.

 

Wipe the cloth over your jewelry gently, without pressing too hard, excessive pressure can deform the shape of your jewelry. The cloth will remove any signs of discoloration, tarnish or dullness.

How do I keep my rings from bending?

Our pieces require care, so you may notice wear and tear over time, but excessive pressure or friction can still cause damage to the surface or shape of your rings.

The easiest way to prevent a ring from warping or deforming is to remove it from your hands before engaging in any strenuous activity. Be sure to store your jewelry in a safe place when not in use.

 

Holding too much weight or even banging your hands against blunt objects will deform the ring. Some activities that can affect the shape of your rings include:

 

- Holding or lifting too much weight
- Banging your hands on objects such as tables, cars, etc.
- Dropping the ring from heights of more than 1.5 meters.
- Punching with your fists

Can I take a bath with my jewelry?

Of course. You can bathe without problem, also in the sea as salt water does not affect the quality of the metal, but it is essential to take precautions.

To prevent any damage try to avoid prolonged water, remove your jewelry before activities such as swimming or showering, and dry it thoroughly if it gets wet.

How do I prevent my jewelry from oxidizing?

If your pieces are not worn for long periods of time, you may notice discoloration and a dull tarnish on the surface. The best solution is to wear your jewelry. It will prevent oxidation over time, thanks to the natural oils in your skin that actually prevent tarnishing.

 

To ensure your pieces stand the test of time, store all jewelry in an airtight bag or container and away from direct sunlight while not in use. Prolonged exposure to air pollutants will cause sterling silver to oxidize.

 

Also, while wearing your jewelry, avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals and perfumes and skin products.

Can I modify / cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed and charged, you will only be able to modify your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can modify your order in time.

If you want to change the address, please send us an email to help@cidrera.com, and we will help you as soon as possible.

 

If you want to cancel your order, it must be before it has been shipped.

If your order has been shipped, you must send it back to us and when we receive it and check that everything is OK, we will refund or exchange the order.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

We don't usually give discounts, so if you're one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, you're in luck!

You will need to include it at the beginning of the checkout process. However, you cannot use more than one discount code on your purchase.

Why haven't I received the confirmation email?

Check your junk or spam folder, your confirmation email may be there.

Make sure that the email you used for the purchase is the correct one. If you can't find it, you can write us at help@cidrera.com and if necessary, we will change the purchase email and resend it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is our return policy?

You can return or exchange your order free of charge, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. From the reception of the order, you have 14 days to refund or exchange the product; as long as the items are in the same conditions in which they were received. More info here

How can I change my order/get a refund?

You can make your request for exchange or return by sending an email to info@cidrera.com, you only need to provide the order number and we will refund you immediately upon receipt of the product (The customer has to take care of the shipping costs). More info here.
