WHAT DO I DO IF MY PIECE DARKENS?
If you notice that your parts are darkening, you can easily restore their freshness and luster by gently cleaning them:
- Use our specialized cloth, which we include with every order, to gently wipe the surface.
HOW TO PREVENT IT?
If your pieces are unworn for long periods of time, you may notice discoloration and dull tinting across the surface.
Preventive care: To prevent this from occurring:
• Wearing your jewellery will keep your piece from oxidising over time, thanks to the natural oils in your skin.
• Store all jewellery in an airtight bag/container when not in use, out of direct sunlight
• Avoid wearing them in hot and chlorinated or water, bathtubs/showers
• Stay away from harsh chemicals and remove your pieces before applying lotions and perfumes.
CAN MY PIECES GET WET?
Yes, your pieces can get wet without any problem, but it is essential to take precautions. Try to avoid prolonged water, remove jewelry before activities such as swimming or showering, and dry it thoroughly if it does get wet.
