WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE?

No worries! If you don’t see your size listed (16–24), we can make it just for you. It only involves a small additional cost. Just contact us :)

IS IT WATERPROOF?

Yes! It is solid 925 sterling silver (If the jewelry has a gold plating, we recommend not getting it wet under any circumstances).

Althoughis essential to take precautions. Try to avoid prolonged hot water, remove jewelry before activities such as swimming, and dry it thoroughly if it does get wet.

IF I GET THE SIZE WRONG, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Of course.

If you have received the ring and it is not your size, contact us and we will help you immediately. For orders outside Spain, you'll only need to cover the return shipping and we'll take care of sending the new one to you.

CAN I RETURN IT?

No problem! If you didn’t love it or for any other reason, you have 30 days to return your jewelry. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!
