HOW LONG DOES THE GOLD PLATING LAST?
The gold plating on our jewelry (3 microns, a quality above the standard) can last a long time, but despite its high quality, its durability varies from person to person and depends mainly on the skin’s pH. Some people can keep it intact for months or even years, while for others it may wear off sooner, even with proper care.
To prolong its lifespan, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, creams, and storing the piece in a dry place. More info here.

IS IT WATERPROOF?
Yes! It is solid 925 sterling silver (If the jewelry has a gold plating, we recommend not getting it wet under any circumstances).
Althoughis essential to take precautions. Try to avoid prolonged hot water, remove jewelry before activities such as swimming, and dry it thoroughly if it does get wet.

IF I GET THE SIZE WRONG, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Of course.
If you have received the ring and it is not your size, contact us and we will help you immediately. For orders outside Spain, you'll only need to cover the return shipping and we'll take care of sending the new one to you.
CAN I RETURN IT?
No problem! If you didn’t love it or for any other reason, you have 30 days to return your jewelry. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!
